8 lbs. Peaches skinned and pitted
1 c. Sugar
4 c. Water
2 c. Honey
1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
1 1/2 t. Allspice
3/4 t. Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, honey, and spices. Cook peaches in syrup for 3 minutes. Pack peaches into hot jars and add syrup. Boiling water bath for 25 minutes and 35 at my altitude.
