1/2 c. Water
1 pkg. Pectin
3 c. Sugar
2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. Nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Place apples, water, pectin and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugars and spices. Boil until jelled. Boiling water bath 10 min. & 20 at my altitude.
