6 cups chopped lettuce
salt, pepper, sugar
6 hard boiled eggs
1 10oz. peas
16oz. bacon, crisp and crumbly
2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
½ cup chopped green onions
paprika
mayonnaise to cover

For Megan's recipe add 1 package baby spinach
do not add salt, pepper or sugar, do not use lettuce

Place 3 cups of lettuce in bottom of dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar. Layer eggs, top with some lettuce, sprinkle with more salt, layer in order: peas, remaining lettuce, bacon and cheese. Spread mayonaise over top sealing to edge of bowl and cover. Chill 24 hours, garnish with green onion and paprika. Can be tossed before serving.
