½ lb. of creamette lasagna
2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 med. onion
2 cloves garlic
1-28 oz. can tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp basil leaves
1 tsp. crushed pepper
¼ tsp. pepper
1-15 oz. container ricotta cheese
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain.
In dutch oven combine sausage, onion and garlic, cook until sausage browned, stirring occasionally, drain.
Stir in next seven ingredients, bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, for 20 min.
In medium bowl blend ricotta, egg, parsley and salt, spread a thin layer of sauce in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Layer ⅓ each lasagna, remaining sauce, ricotta mixture, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Repeat layers.
Bake 375º until bubbly about one hour.
Let stand 5 min before cutting.
