½ cup butter softened
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1-2 cups powdered sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla
1 package butter yellow cake mix
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in the dry cake mix. Chill, covered for 30 min.
Roll 1 tsp. of dough into ball and roll in powdered sugar. Arrange on cookie sheet slightly covered with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake in 350º oven for 10-12 min. until golden brown.
Cool on rack.
