½ cup old fashioned oats
½ cup water
½ unsweetened almond milk (or use regular milk)
2½ Tbsp. stevia or sweetener of your choice
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
2 Tbsp. powdered peanut powder (optional)

Top with plain greek yogurt (optional)

Wake up in morning.
Add all ingredients in sauce pan.
Bring to boil for a minute or so.
Remove from heat.
Go get ready for work and school.
After you feed kids, do hair, pack lunches, find shoes, and fix socks that don't fit right, you will have warm chocolate oatmeal waiting for you on the stove.
Pack some oatmeal and top with some yogurt if you are feeling extra healthy that day. Eat it on the way to work or just eat it at work. Whichever option is safer.
