2 lbs. ground meat; beef, pork, turkey or chicken
2 medium onions, chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. ground ginger
⅓ cup soy sauce or 2 generous squirts liquid aminos
1 very large head cabbage, cored and thinly sliced or 2 to 3 bags coleslaw mix
4 green onions, finely chopped
optional toppings: fresh chopped jalapeno, cilantro, siracha, chopped peanuts or red pepper flakes

Brown meat and onions in large skillet or pot.
In a small bowl, mix garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Add to skillet and immediately add the cabbage. The cabbage will want to spill out, but will soon shrink. Stir well. Cook several minutes, until the cabbage is tender and wilted. Stirring often.
Turn off heat and add the green onions. Serve with extra toppings of your choice.

This is a versatile low carb supper. Lean ground meat can also be used. This can also be enjoyed over rice or quinoa.
