2 cups macaroni
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 cups milk
¼ tsp. white pepper
½ tsp. garlic juice (if not available, substitute garlic powder)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; put in a large greases casserole dish. In a sauce pan, melt butter and add flour. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add milk and cook until it thickens. Add pepper and garlic juice. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour cheese sauce over noodles and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350º until bubbly and lightly browned.
