1 cup flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs-room temperature
¼ cup butter melted and cooled
¼ cup oil
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ cups shredded zucchini
1 cup semi sweet or milk chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. In a large bowl add eggs, butter, oil, vanilla, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth. (some clumps are fine)
Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Do not over mix.
Stir in zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with more chocolate chips. Bake 50-60 minutes.
