1 1/2 lbs milk chocolate
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp mint extract ( if you don't want mint you can just use vanilla extract)

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8 inch pan with plastic wrap. Melt chocolate in a medium bowl on low. In a saucepan, scald the cream. Cool cream for 5 minutes. Stir mint into the cream . When chocolate is melted to 110 degrees, beat with hand mixer. Stop mixer and add cream. Continuing mixing until smooth and well blended. Scrape sides. Pour into pan. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
