¼ c flour
1 # round steak
2 T oil
1 clove crushed garlic
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
½ c water
1 sliced green pepper
1 med chopped onion
½ c mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Pound four into steak. Cut into serving size pieces. Brown in skillet. Add garlic, bay leaf, s&p. Spoon soup over meat. Add water. Cover and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally. Add green pepper, onions and mushrooms. Cover and simmer ½ hr.until steak is tender.
