Cake:
6 ounces semisweet baking chocolate
7 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 Cup water
3/4 Cup plus 1/3 Cup Sugar divided
6 eggs

Topping:
2 Cups heavy cream
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate shavings, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

For Cake:
Spray on 9-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Finely chop both chocolates. Bring water and 3/4 Cup sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until completely melted. Stir butter into chocolate mixture.
Whip eggs with 1/3 Cup sugar to form soft foamy peaks. l Fold egg mixture into chocolate mixture. Pour into cake pan and bake 40 minutes. ***Important Place another baking dish with an inch of water in it on the rack below the cake to create a moist baking environment. Chill at least 2 hours before un-molding.

For Topping:
In a mixing bowl, whip cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form and hold their shape. To serve, spread the topping over the entire chocolate cake. Add dollops of topping around the edge as a garnish. Sprint with chocolate shavings, if desired.
