Ingredients:
1 stick butter, unsalted
3 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 lb. fettuccine noodles, cooked
1 teaspoon pepper, fresh ground

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully melt the butter in a moderately heated saute pan. Avoid browning or burning the butter. Add garlic to butter as soon as it is melted. Add the cream when garlic begins to release its aroma. Using a whisk or slotted spoon, keep the cream, butter, and garlic in motion and reduce the volume by half. Continue stirring the sauce and add ¼ cup of cheese to mixture. Add 1 tablespoon of parsley to the sauce. Using a fork and spoon, toss the noodles through the sauce until they are coated with the sauce. Immediately place on plate. Pepper to taste. Garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Personal Notes:
I took a night class at a local school just to get this down so I could make it for Valentine's Day. It turned out great and it is one of Connie's favorite dishes.
