24 oz. Ketchup
1 Medium Onion, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 c. Coke, Pepsi, or Dr. Pepper
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (Optional)
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and pour over ribs or chops and bake. If you want the sauce to thicken, bake a little longer uncovered.
