2 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
¾ c. milk
2 c. heavy cream, for filling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together ingredients for the dough.
2. Knead to make stiff dough.
3. Turn out on a floured board and roll ¼ inch thick.
4. Cut the dough into 4x6 inch rectangular strips.
5. Place several heaping tablespoons cream on each strip.
6. Form each strip into a pocket by bringing the long ends together and pinching the edges closed.
7. Arrange in a greased baking pan.
8. Pour remaining cream over the top.
9. Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
