2 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
¾ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir flour and salt together.
2. Make a well in the flour mixture and add the eggs and milk. Stir lightly. Add more milk if the dough is too dry.
3. Drop teaspoon size dollops into boiling water. (Dip spoon into boiling water then into dough and then back into the water. It will drop off.)
4. Cook for about 5 minutes. (They’re done when they float to the top.)
5. Drain and coat with cream or toss with sauerkraut or potatoes and onions then fry.
