1 can green peas
1 T. flour
2-3 T. cream
Directions:
Directions:
1. Partially drain peas.
2. Blend together flour and cream.
3. Stir cream mixture into peas.
4. Heat until hot and thickened.

Creamed peas were Grandpa Herman's favorite. And an absolute must with fried chicken and mashed potatoes.
