2 cups butter flavored Crisco
2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups quick oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 2/3 cups butterscotch chips
2 cups pecans largly chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening and brown sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Combine flour, oats, salt, soda and cinnamon Slowly add to creamed mixture blending well. Stir in chips and nuts. Bake 375º for 12-15 minutes just until lightly brown. Cool 2 minutes then move to wire rack
