1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 REESES peanut butter miniature cups, cut into fourths
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, and Peanut Butter until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture, blend well. Drop by level 1/4 cups onto ungreased cookie sheets, three cookies per sheet. Cookies will spread while baking. Push about 7 pieces of peanut butter cups into each cookie, flattening cookie slightly.
Bake 350º for 15-17 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Centers will be pale and slightly soft. Cool 1 minute on sheet then cool completely on wire rack.
