3 c sliced, peeled peaches
1 c halved or quartered fresh hulled strawberries
1½ tsp lemon juice
⅔ c sugar
3 tbsp flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter
1 package (2 sheets) refrigerator pie crust

Directions:
Oven 425º. Cheat and use store pastry or make your own for a 8” double crust pie. In bowl combine peaches, strawberries and lemon juice. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon and toss. Line pie plate with one slightly rolled out crust and pour in filling. Dot with butter. Roll out top crust slightly and cover filling and seal edges. Cut slits for steam and bake about 40 minutes.
