2 lbs. ground pork, can substitute beef or chicken
1/2 cup celery
1 small onion
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
2 cans water
1 cup uncooked rice, not minute rice

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º

Brown meat and drain fat. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 6 quart casserole dish. Cover & bake for 1 hour.
