Ingredients:  
1 14.75 oz. can salmon
1 egg, slightly beaten
¼ c. chopped onion
salt and pepper
½ c. dry bread crumbs
¼ c. oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.
2. Mix eggs, onion, bread crumbs, and salmon together. salt and pepper to taste.
3. Make into patties. If mixture is too dry to form patties, add reserved liquid from the salmon.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Brown patties on each side turning gently.
6. Drain on paper towels.
