2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water
½ cup buttermilk
2 eggs

Icing
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 16 oz. box powdered sugar
chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Mix flour, sugar, and soda in a bowl. In a saucepan mix margarine, cocoa, and water; then bring to a boil. Pour hot sauce over dry ingredients and mix. Add buttermilk and eggs. Mix well and pour on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 min, until cake pulls away from pan.

Icing:
Bring margarine, cocoa, and buttermilk to boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Add chopped nuts to icing if desired Pour immediately over cake.
