10½ oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded American cheese
10 oz. package frozen peas
2 cups diced cooked chicken
4 oz. can chopped pimento
salt to taste
pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine soup, flour onion and milk. Cook until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat. Blend in 1 cup cheese until melted. Stir in peas, chicken, pimento, salt, and pepper. Heat through. Place in 8 or 9 in. baking dish. Place biscuits around edge of dish.
Bake @ 400º for 20 min. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese.
Bake 5-10 min. longer, until golden brown.
