2 cups frozen corn
2 eggs, well beaten
1¼ cup half and half
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Slowly add half and half. Stir in corn. Add in eggs. Mix. Pour into well buttered 1 qt. casserole. Set casserole in pan or hot water.
Bake @ 375º for 15 min. Lower temp. to 350º and bake until set, about 30 min.
