1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped apples

Cream Cheese Frosting
½ c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven 375º
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla
Mix in cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt mix well.
Add 1 ½ c. flour mix until combined.
Add apples mix with a spoon.
Add remaining 1 ½ c. flour combine until all flour is incorporated.
Bake 13-15 minutes cool

Cream Cheese Frosting
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until blended
Add powdered sugar 1 c. at a time until incorporated
Frost cooled cookies
Sprinkle with cinnamon
