2 oz. yeast (2 pkg.)
¼ cup lukewarm water
2 cups scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
½ cup sugar
½ cup margarine
2 eggs beaten
6½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in ¼ cup lukewarm water. Add shortening, salt and sugar to milk. Cool to lukewarm. Add beaten eggs and yeast mixture, keep adding flour, until dough follows dough hook. Place dough on floured table and knead. Place in greased bowl. Spray cooking oil on plastic wrap and cover bowl. Let rise until double. Punch down. Put oil in bowl and wet hands in oil, and make rolls. Place in pans. Let rise again. Bake 350º until lightly browned.
