1 onion chopped
2- pounds ground beef
2 pkg of Ranch dressing mix
2 pkg of taco seasoning
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of black beans
2 can diced tomatoes
2 can shoe peg corn drained
1 can Rotel

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Add rest of ingredients. You only need to drain the corn and just dump the rest of the cans and juice. Heat through. I usually cook in crockpot for 6 hours. Garnish with Fritos, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
