1 baked deep dish pie shell

LAYER 1:
7 oz. caramels (about 27)
1/4 C unsalted butter softened
1/4 C whipping cream
1 C pecans (chopped & roasted)

LAYER 2:
1 small box Jello chocolate mousse
1 C milk

LAYER 3:
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tbl milk or half & half
1 tbl sugar
8 oz thawed Cool Whip

LAYER 4:
1-1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 tbl sugar
Caramel ice cream topping - drizzle
1 square unsweetened chocolate (melted – drizzle)

LAYER 1: Place caramels, butter & cream in sauce pan. Cook on low heat stirring frequently with whisk. Heat until caramels and butter melt. Remove from heat and stir until completely smooth. Stir in pecans and pour into cooled baked pie shell. Cover and refrigerate for several hours until firm.

LAYER 2: Mix dding & milk until smooth and thick. Spread over caramel layer. Refrigerate until next layer is prepared.

LAYER 3: Mix cream cheese, milk & sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over chocolate mixture

LAYER 4: Mix whipping cream and sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form. Spread on cream cheese filling (or use pastry bag for decorative touch). Drizzle with caramel & unsweetened melted chocolate.

Refrigerate 2 hours to set up firmly before serving.
