Crust:
2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup melted butter
3 TB sugar
Filling: 2 cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)
1- 8z pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
Topping:
2 - 3 oz pkgs Strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 - 16 oz pkg frozen strawberries

In a bowl,combine pretzels, butter & sugar. Press into an ungreased13 x 9 baking dish
Bake @ 350º for 10 minutes. Cool on a wirerack

In a small bowl, beat filling ingredients until smooth. Spread over pretzel crust & chill

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in strawberries & syrup. Chill until PARTIALLY set. Carefully spoon over filling. Chill 4 to 6 hours until firm

Serve in squares with pretzels & topping on top.

Can add chopped toasted nuts to crust

Make sure crust is fully cool before assembling

Be sure filling goes all the way to edges of pan
