3 pounds fresh sliced peaches
1 lemon - zested & juiced
1 TB cornstarch
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 TB baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold, salted butter, cubed
1 cup half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray 9 x 13 pan with PAM spray

In medium bowl, toss peaches with lemon zest, juice, cornstarch, vanilla & sugar & spread into pan

In large bowl, stir together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder & salt. Using a pastry cutter, cut butter into a coarse meal

Pour in half & half to make a thick batter

Scoop the batter in large clumps on top of fruit

Bake 1 hour, serve warm with ice cream on top
