1½ c. chocolate wafer crumbs
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. butter or margarine, melted
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1 c. crushed hard peppermint candy
3 drops liquid red food coloring
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Garnishes: whipped cream, crushed and whole peppermint candy

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
2. Firmly press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9" spring-form pan.
3. Chill.
4. Beat cream cheese at high speed until fluffy.
5. Add condensed milk, peppermint extract, candy, and food coloring.
6. Beat well.
7. Fold in whipped cream.
8. Pour into prepared pan.
9. Cover and freeze until firm.
10. Garnish, if desired.
