¾ c. sugar
½ c. Bisquick©
2 T. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
3. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high speed or 2 minutes with hand beater.
4. Pour into pie plate.
5. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
6. Cool before serving and refrigerate remaining pie.

My pie crust always got soggy so I was thrilled when I found this recipe. I never again made a traditional pumpkin pie.
