1 pound of bacon
5 diced potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 pounds cod filets, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup milk
2 TB butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, fry bacon crisp. Remove from grease, saving 1 TB, & crumble

Cook onions in reserved bacon grease until translucent but not brown

Add potaoes & cover with just enough water to cook until they are soft

Add the rest of the ingredients & cook until fish is done.

Serve hot with bacon on top
