Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup EACH minced onion, celery & carrots
1 1/2 cup diced potaoes
8 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( could substitute NE clam chowder)
1 can of corn (creamed or niblet)
salt & pepper to taste

1/2 pound EACH of shrimp, calamari, scallops, & crab
1 can chopped clams with juice

1 tsp dry or fresh parsley

In large pot, cook veggies until tender in butter or olive oil

Add all ingredients except seafood, mix well & simmer but do not boil, for 25 minutes

Add seafood & cook for 10 minutes more

Serve hot with parsley on top
