Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1 TB garlic powder
1 TB onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp chile powder

4 eggs

2 pounds boneless chicken, cut into chunks

Delicious WING sauce:
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 TB soy sauce
3 TB honey - Wehrloom BEE BRAVE is excellent !!
3 TB melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil of your choice

Mix all dry ingredients together in shallow bowl

lightly beat eggs in separate bowl

dip chicken chunks in egg then dredge into flour mix

Shake off excess then drop in oil & fry until cooked

Pour delicious wing sauce over cooked chicken chunks & serve immediately
