½ cup butter
1 tsp. garlic salt or 2 garlic cloves
2 cups heavy cream
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup Italian cheese
½ cup Mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and cream together in a sauce pan and heat, stirring. Remove from the heat and stir in salt, pepper and garlic salt and stir in cheeses until thick and creamy.
