1/3 cup margarine/butter, room temp
3 small, very ripe mashed bananas (about 1 cup)
3 eggs
3/4 cup water
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Lightly grease & flour 9 x 13 pan. set aside

Mash banana in large bowl & add margarine/butter
Add eggs & water, mixing well
Combine all dry ingredients & add to egg mixture, mixing until smooth
Stir in nuts then pour into baking dish

Bake 20-25 minutes or until pick comes out clean when inserted

Cool &frost if desired
