1½ cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs one at a time
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
3 cups crated carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup nuts

Icing
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup margarine
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients, blend dry ingredients, add together.
Bake @ 350º for 40 min.

Icing - Beat powdered sugar with 8 oz. cream cheese, margarine and vanilla.
Spread on cooled cake.
