1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbl sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tbl milk
1 egg, beaten
3 cups rhubarb (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 3 oz pkg. strawberry Jello

Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º

Mix flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Cut in butter.

Combine milk and beaten egg; Add to flour mixture and mix. Press in 8x8 pan. Cover dough with rhubarb, sprinkle with Jello.

Mix all topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over Jello. Bake about 45 minutes
