1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 C cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 C thawed cool whip
24 Nilla wafers, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups seasonal berries

Directions:
Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add pudding, beat until smooth.

Whisk in 1 cup cool whip. In parfait cup, layer wafers, berries then pudding in parfait glasses. Repeat layer.
