1 1/2 cups cold fat free milk
1 pkg (1 oz) sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 cup (8 oz) vanilla fat free yogurt
8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese – softened
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 - 12 oz Cool Whip - thawed
1 prepared angel food cake (tear into bite size pieces)
1 pint each strawberries, raspberries, blueberries

Directions:

In small bowl mix milk & pudding for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until set.

In large bowl beat, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Fold into pudding and add 1 cup of cool whip.

Place 1/3 of cake pieces in bottom of 4 qt. trifle bowl. (may use a 5 qt ice cream container). Top with 1/3 pudding mixture, 1/3 berries, and 1/2 of the remaining cool whip. Repeat the layer 2 more times. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
