2 1/2 c. wide noodles
1 lb. gr. beef
garlic to taste
pepper to taste
1 c. shredded cheese divided
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can peas and carrots
1/2 can corn
1/3 can water
1/2 can French fried onion

Cook noodles in boiling water for 10 min.
Drain and rinse with cold water to keep from sticking together.
Brown the beef.
Season meat with garlic and pepper.
Add 1/2 c. cheese
Add soup veggies and water.
Place beef mixture in casserole dish and fold in noodles.
Sprinkle noodle mixture with remaining cheese and French fried onions on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. until bubbly.
