5 slices day old bread
2 Tbsp. butter
½ cup moist raisins
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups milk (scalded)
¼ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Toast bread, spread with butter, arrange in 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with raisins, stir salt and all into eggs, except 2 Tbsp. sugar. Add milk, mix well. Pour over toast. Soak 10 min. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top.
Bake 350º about 25 min. or until knife comes out clean.
