8 Qts. tomatoes, peeled, chopped
4 chopped onions
5 green peppers chopped (may add few hot peppers)
5 garlic cloves chopped
5 Tbsp. salt
5 tsp. oregano
5 tsp. rosemary leaves
3½ tsp. pepper
celery seed
6 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
12 oz. can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients. Cook at least 30 min. or longer if you want thicker sauce
Boil flats and jars (or use dishwasher)
Fill with hot tomato mixture
Process in water bath 5 min.
