1 lb. fresh ground pork
1 lb. fresh ground beef
1 lb. chicken liver, ground up or chopped fine
Chicken broth
Beef broth
2 large yellow onions, chopped small
1 bell pepper, chopped small
2 stalks celery, chopped small,
3-4 garlic pods, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 bunch green onions, chopped
salt, pepper, Tony's
2-3 T. cooking oil
2-3 cups cooked, white rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, add cooking oil. Heat to medium heat. Add chicken livers and ground pork. Cook on medium heat until browned well. Add ground meat and continue to brown. When meat is well browned (sticks to bottom), add onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Continue cooking until onions are transparent. Add Tony's, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup beef broth. Simmer for 1-2 hours. Add more broth as needed. Before adding rice, stir in half of the green onions. Take out bay leaves. Let sit for 15 minutes. Stir in rice, but don't add too much. Dressing should be moist. Before serving, stir in remaining green onions.
