2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 small can of niblets corn
1 small red onion diced
2 Roma tomatoes diced
1 cup Mango (diced) canned or fresh
1 pkg. Italian dry salad dressing
¼ cup lime juice
2 T. fresh cilantro minced

Optional ingredients: minced peppers (Jalapeno or Cayenne)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lime juice and Italian dressing, fold in cilantro. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerator at least one hour before serving. Better the second day. Works as appetizer of a side dish.
