2 can (14 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 pkg. chopped spinach (creamed or plain) (optional)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients until blended. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned. Serve with your favorite chip or cracker.

I got this recipe from a co-worker, Guy Farruggia, at Areté Associates. Then I kicked it up a notch. I like to bake it long enough to get a crust around the edge.
