1 TB cornstarch
1/3 cup water
6 TB brown sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 orange juice
3 TB ketchup
2 TB lemon juice
1 TB lime juice
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/4 tsp chili oil
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 TB shredded, pickled ginger

Combine all ingredients& cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce boils & then thickens
