3 cups self rising flour, unsifted
3 TB sugar
1 - 12 oz beer

Mix all 3 ingredients together
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
Dot top with butter & bake an additional5 minutes
Let cool enough to slice
